In this article, we will guide you on how to apply as a translator in Trophee.
The translation platform will soon be up and translators can help with the translation on the fly, we are in the midst of incorporating it to the reader.
Currently, we are working with freelance translators to translate into English.
To get started we will need a few details from you:
1.) The email of the account you use to access our manga reader and marketplace. So we can attribute the translation to you once the translation feature is ready.
2.) An associated nickname that you wish to use so that we can put in our platform who has translated it
Note that, currently we have not completed our payout feature and won't be able to do any form of payout to you for this translation. If you wish to proceed or not proceed, either way do let us know.
The manual process for translation now is pretty simple.
Label in RED on the image of the page, the text in which you are translating. An example image is shown below:
Put the translation in a separate txt file. You can put multiple pages of translation into the same txt file. Please follow the format of the example below.

Umm... honored guest...
...even if you ask for something so unreasonable...
This year, I'll be living in the city for the first time ever! And I absolutely want to stay there!
My dreamy European mansion life! I fell in love with it at first sight! If I live there, my prince on a white horse is sure to-...
Yeah, yeah. I'll at least ask for you...

Once you are done, zip all the files (images & translation) into a single zip file and send it back to email@example.com or if it is too large to fit into an email, you can put it in a cloud drive and provide us with a link to download.
The format of the content in the zipped file should be as follow:

Our team will then take over from there to first do proofreading then typesetting and subsequently publish it on our manga reader.
