Sellers & Buyers

There are gas fees when the item is listed and sold. Both parties pay gas fees per transaction.

Buyers pay the gas fees when purchasing items whether fixed-price or via auction when bidding.
Sellers pay the gas fees when listing an item for sale or accepting offers.

If the NFT is listed for the first time, the buyer will also incur the contract creation or item creation gas fees on the BSC network.

Please Note: Platform transaction fees will be incurred by the buyer when the NFT is being sold. The platform transaction fees (not inclusive of the BSC/ETH network gas fees) vary in accordance with the token that the NFT is sold for.
